বৃষ্টিতে একদিকে যেমন প্রকৃতিতে শীতের উপস্থিতি লক্ষ করা যাচ্ছে। হেমন্তের বৃষ্টিতে হেমন্তের বৃষ্টিতে
অপরদিকে সড়কের বিভিন্ন স্থানে পানি জমে চলাচলে ভোগান্তিরও সৃষ্টি হয়।
প্রধান শিক্ষক অনিতা রানী মন্ডল জানান, হঠাৎ ভোরে বৃষ্টির শব্দে ঘুম ভেঙ্গে যায়। উঠে দেখি টাপুর টুপুর করে বৃষ্টি হচ্ছে। হাটার সাথী সংগঠনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক ইলিয়াস হোসেন জানান, প্রতিদিনের ন্যায় শনিবার ভোরে আমরা সবাই হাটতে যাই। বৃষ্টির কারণে আমাদের হাটা অনেকটাই ব্যহত হয়।
শিব্সা সাহিত্য অঙ্গনের সহ-সম্পাদক মমতাজ পারভীন মিনু জানান, বৃষ্টিরপর দিনভর এলাকায় বৈরী আবহাওয়া বিরাজ করেছে। সূর্যের আলো দেখা যায়নি বললেই চলে। দুপুরের পর থেকে ভালই শীত অনুভব করেছি। ব্যবসায়ী বায়েজিদ গাজী জানান, অসময়ের এ বৃষ্টির ফলে পৌর সদরের প্রধান সড়কের বিভিন্ন স্থানে পানি জমে যায়। বিশেষ করে পৌর ভবনের সামনে পানি জমে থাকায় যাতায়াতে চরম ভোগান্তি হয়।
